This policy explains how AuraTech Labs handles information associated with this website and its administrative integrations.
Information we collect
We may collect information you submit through contact forms, including your name, email address, company, inquiry type, and message. We also collect limited website analytics such as page views, interactions, referral information, browser or device signals, and approximate location derived from network information.
How we use information
We use this information to respond to inquiries, operate and improve the website, understand content performance, protect the service, and manage AuraTech Labs content and communications. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
AuraTech Labs uses service providers that may process limited data on our behalf, including Vercel for hosting, Firebase and Google services for authentication, storage and analytics, Resend for email delivery, and LinkedIn for organization-page content publishing when that integration is enabled.
LinkedIn integration
The AuraTech Labs publishing integration is authorized by an administrator and is restricted to the AuraTech Labs organization Page. We store the authorization needed to schedule and publish organization content, the scheduled content, delivery status, and LinkedIn post identifiers. We do not use the integration to publish from an administrator’s personal LinkedIn profile.
ChatGPT content integration
An administrator may use a private ChatGPT integration to prepare and publish AuraTech Labs website content. Content submitted through that integration is sent to AuraTech Labs, authenticated with a server-only credential, reviewed under the administrator's instructions, and stored with the website's content records. The integration does not publish to LinkedIn.
Data retention and security
We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, and service security. We use access controls and encryption where appropriate, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to review, correct, or delete personal information you submitted, subject to applicable legal and operational requirements. You can also use browser controls to limit cookies or analytics where available.
